Molded

I will be back in school in less than 2 weeks…I can’t believe it.  I want to be ready, but I am soooo not.  There is still so much to do, so much I had hoped to accomplish that well…

Sadly here is what I have accomplished

• Took a family vacation
• Organized closets
• Rearranged the family room, our bedroom, both girls bedrooms and boxed up everything in the office
• Read 1 book
• Watched way too much HGTV
• Came up with a new idea for “the nest” formally known as the office
• Been to the beach 3 times
• Came up with an idea and began working on our talent show piece…(see what I still have left to do)
• Slept past 4:30 a.m.

What I have left to do…

• Paint 2 rooms – the former office that the kids have now labeled “the nest” & the laundry room
• Make a cover for the bench seat and curtains for the “nest”
• Finalize plans for Caleb’s birthday party
• Finish the talent show idea – might not happen! 
• Get things in order for returning to school
• Take my daughter to the doctor for her physical
• Take my son to the orthodontist in preparation for braces
• Organize all the junk in “the nest” so that you can actually walk in there
• Fix & paint my daughter’s desk

Did I mention I have less than 2 weeks to do this!!!!!!!!!!  I guess time is just like money – you can spend it, waste it, or invest it.
