I kept telling them thank you. Workers like that are priceless. I love it when people truly have a servant's heart and are willing to do those "less glamorous" jobs. I believe they come with the highest reward. I can't tell you how grateful I am for Kids Rock. Maybe it's because my kids benefit from it and they truly LOVE going to their class. Or maybe it's because I know what it's like to take over the kids program after leading worship AND helping my husband lead the youth group in a church that was previously content to just push the kids to the back and expect them sit quietly in church with the adults, bored to death. it's probably a mixture of both. Thank you and all the Kids Rock volunteers for all you do Helen. Your work is HUGE. You are planting eternal seeds in fertile soil of my children's hearts they they will never lose.
